HTC Vivid became the first HTC product that can be upgraded to Ice Cream Sandwich

Taiwanese smartphone manufacturer, HTC, has announced it will use the latest operating system Android, Ice Cream Sandwich. However, HTC has not ensure the certainty of this date the use of Android 4.0.

In fanspage on Facebook, HTC officially explained Ice Cream Sandwiches will be used in a number of HTC smartphones in early 2012. Currently, the new Ice Cream Sandwiches are available, and can be upgraded at the HTC Vivid.


While a number of HTC products that can be upgraded to Ice Cream Sandwich as early as 2012, among others: HTC Sensation, Sensation XL, XE Sensation, and Rezound.

Currently, the latest version of Android is only available on Galaxy Nexus, Samsung's product collaboration with Google. Combines the latest Android operating system is called Gingerbread with Honeycomb, which is used in tablets.

The new design is more elegant and notification of changes that could be enriched to be seen physically. Like Honeycomb, the Android 4.0 is also available features of recent apps, and can multi -tasking in the open apps.

In the Galaxy Nexus, Ice Cream Sandwich is also fully equipped with the Google feature. By using Hangout feature in Google, users can conduct teleconferences with up to ten people.
